Help for Women is a family-led charity inspired by personal roots in Mozambique and a shared commitment to women’s empowerment.

Milena was born and raised in Mozambique before moving to the UK. Drawing on her deep connection to the country and its communities, she founded Help for Women to support women and girls facing poverty and hardship.
